By accessing and using Gamepad Tester ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Use of the Service
Gamepad Tester provides browser-based tools for testing gaming controllers. You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Service.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Gamepad Tester and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Controller brand names and trademarks such as PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, DualSense, DualShock, and others are the property of their respective owners. Gamepad Tester is an independent testing service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, Nintendo, or any other controller manufacturer.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. Testing results are dependent on your browser, hardware, and operating system. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamepad Tester shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to damage to equipment, loss of data, or financial losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service, if any (which in most cases is zero, as the Service is free).
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service; (e) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service in bulk.
